yay!!!! red carpet season is finally here .... i know i'm a big fan of football, and even though that season isn't over, my all time favorite season of the year has arrived. i love watching everyone arrive on the red carpet, getting a sneak peek of the trends for the upcoming spring. 

the golden globes was this past sunday, and i was so excited! although there was rain in sight, everyone ( well almost everyone) looked amazing nicely accessorized with umbrellas! the pics i posted were definitely my faves of the night. i only hope that my boyfriend becomes the successful cinematographer he hopes to be, so that i can escort him across that infamously, colored rug :) . Next up is the SAG awards this Saturday night..... yay! can't wait!

i have to say i love the retro vibe i get from louis vuitton spring 2010 sunglasses collection. although i never spring for buying a pair more than $5, these vintage inspired sun-blockers persuade me to up my budget this year.

lincoln park after dark

after a night of partying hard for NYE, my boyfriend and i slept till 2 the next day. after being in a new year's coma, we decided to take it easy and spend a day riding the streetcar, and strolling through the park. it was the perfect day filled with relaxation and my boyfriend being obsessed with taking numerous pictures of me :) .
